Term and Conditions
1. All graphics, codes, animations, backgrounds, layouts, and any other material found on cozysplace.com are copyrighted material and are not to be sold, taken, copied, or anything else by you or anyone, unless you have direct permission from the owner of cozysplace.com, Cozy, or Subeta.org and you must provide a link back to both. What this means is that you are only allowed to copy the codes given and paste it to somewhere else. You can display the pictures on your own personal web pages for your personal noncommercial use ONLY as long as you write either "Copyright Images 2004-2006 Keith Kurson. All Rights Reserved. Used With Permission" or "(c) 2004-2006 Subeta, Inc. All Rights Reserved. Used With Permission" on EVERY page with the pictures and/or text. But you can not right click on any image and save it. That's illegal. A link back to cozysplace.com is required and the Subeta.org Copyright.
- 2. Any material sent in to cpzysplace.com will become the property of cozysplace.com and can be used, advertised with, or put on cozysplace .com for whatever reason, and proper credit will be given. By no means can you sell ads, or trade for Subeta's items, offer your services, or otherwise earn money or sP's. The work and/or other material sent in to cozysplace.com must come from the original maker and only the original maker. If the work/material/whatever was stolen or for whatever reason was not made by the maker, it will not be accepted and you will be put into the Hall of Shame and will remain there for everyone to see.
- Any Staff member that wishes to charge a Commission can do so, but that will not include the Site (cozysplace .com). Those matter are done outside of the site (cozysplace .com) and the site (cozysplace .com) will NOT GET ANY OF the so call COMMISSION. Everything on this site is FREE.

3. In using any of the graphics, backgrounds, etc. you are agreeing NOT to alter the codes provided to you in any way shape or form. Otherwise, you are violating the terms and WILL be reported to Subeta, and your IPS and inserted into the Hall of Shame.
- 4. When posting in any area of the site (cozysplace.com) you are Agreeing that you will not post any:
- Rude, Pornographic, obscene, nude, sexual comments, and any other inappropriate content which is strictly prohibited at cozysplace.com.
- Offensive and indecent names are not allowed and will be blocked
- any material that promotes political, social, or religious views
- any inappropriate content that can be considered insulting to others
